"I really love Panama. Great food. Its scary how much spanish I
remember. I have been labeled the translator by the crew. Such a busy
city. If you can drive in this city you are qualified for NASCAR. No
stop signs at intersections. No traffic lights in parts of the city.
You use your horn all day. It's comical. In America if u use your horn
it's like f*** you asshole!!!!! Here it is different. I feel my
strength returning. I feel mentally stronger. I'm feeling healthy.
Can't wait for more stem cell injections next week and physical
therapy. Hard to navigate on a wheelchair through the city of panama.
I didn't even try. Sidewalks are all jacked up. Too many obstacles.
Crevices and cracks. Pedro and frank had to carry me up 3 steps to
get me in the Cuban restorante. Food was awesome. The clinic is so
clean so proffessional. I met the doctors I watched on u tube. Lol.
This could be a long 2 year process to hopefully walk again. I'm
willing to do what it takes. I came this far. Accomplished already
more than I ever thought I could. It's hilarious to watch Jen and
Tanya go to the market with our little grocery cart. Takes both of
them to get it up the hill inn front of our condo. I tell Jen all the
time if i had my legs i would pull that cart up and down the street
all day!! She cries when I say that. Met people from all over the
world here with SCI. Kuwait,California,Oklahoma,Canada. Everyone with
the hope regaining something. Lou vina is my pt. She is gonna push me
hard. She is intense and makes me work."

I cried so hard when I read this. My brother is such a fighter. I am proud to be his sister. I miss him so much. May God hear all of our prayers and grant him strength, hope, and love, to keep fighting the fight. Chris, you are extraordinary. You are my brother and I love you always.
